Scope of Work & Project Details > the client is encouraged to submit as much relevant project information as possible. All reference materials and project documentation can be submitted in various file formats such as CAD drawings, digital images, written project notes and specifications, sketches and conceptual drawings.

While we can help with the production and design of conceptual drafting materials, all drawings and project documentation related to building permits applications and all other formal approval applications fall under the responsability of the client to be reviewed and stamped by the qualified and registered staff based on the specific industry standards, requirements, and professional affilitation.

Drawings referencing specific project information based on the existing local policy context and applicable standards will be drafted entirely with the guidance and project specifications provided by the client or qualified staff working on behalf of the client (e.g. Planner, Engineer, Architect etc.)
